Things Made Right

There was a mistake with my order so I contacted Crafticomics regarding the issue. They reached out to me with exceptional customer service and made things right. The flex-slabs themselves are high quality and at a price point that won’t break the bank. This product is great for keeping cherished comics protected and beautifully displayed. Order Missing Frame

The frame itself is great quality, but I ordered two and only received one. I contacted the company twice but I haven’t received a follow up email. I’m uncertain whether or not I would order from this company again.

Nice case but difficult to mount

Eye holes on back mount need to be improved

Hi Andy, if there's a particular issue you're having with mounting your frame, send us an email we'd be happy to assist! It's often easiest to use the backing as a template first. Then, there are a lot of options when it comes to frames/screws, and our mounts were designed to accommodate a wide-range. Let us know if you need recommendations there, too!
