Why is Crafti Comics closing?
We’ve made the difficult decision to shut down for the foreseeable future. While this wasn’t an easy choice, we’re incredibly grateful for the support of our customers over the years.
Will Crafti Comics ever come back?
At this time, we don’t have plans to restart production, but if anything changes in the future, we’ll be sure to update our community.
Will you sell your designs/equipment to another company?
Crafti Comics’ intellectual property and assets are not available for commercial use. We cannot share details about private business transitions.
How long will your website remain active?
The site will stay up temporarily for reference, but all shopping features are disabled. We recommend saving/downloading any product care instructions you may need.
Can I purchase your remaining inventory?
No. All remaining stock has been accounted for in final orders. We don’t have surplus items available for purchase.
Can I still contact support for order issues?
Yes! For questions about existing orders, contact us. We’re assisting with post-closure inquiries as needed.
How long will it take to receive my order?
All orders placed before March 31, 2025, are being processed and will ship in the order they were received.

Can I modify or cancel my existing order?
At this time, we’re unable to modify or cancel orders as they’ve entered production. For urgent requests, contact us at info@crafticomics.com, and we’ll do our best to assist.
Can I still return or exchange my order?
All returns/exchanges must have been initiated prior to March 31, 2025. We’re now unable to process these requests as our operations have ceased. For defective items received after this date, email info@crafticomics.com with proof of purchase.
Will you reopen or sell products again in the future?
Crafti Comics is no longer manufacturing products, and we don’t anticipate reopening manufacturing.

Unredeemed rewards points expired on March 31, 2025, when Crafti Comics ceased ordering. We’re unable to reinstate or extend them at this time.
Will Crafti Comics offer any post-closure sales or discounts?
No—all sales and promotions ended with our final orders on March 31, 2025. We’re unable to offer discounts, exceptions, or reopen orders at this time. Thank you for understanding!
Can I purchase your remaining inventory?

How should I care for my Crafti Comics display long-term?
- Clean acrylic surfaces with a microfiber cloth (no harsh chemicals)
- Avoid direct sunlight to preserve UV protection
- Dust wood/metal frames lightly with a dry cloth
Can I purchase replacement parts for my frame?
We no longer manufacture or sell replacement parts. For minor repairs, we recommend local framing specialists or acrylic fabricators. Contact us if you need help identifying compatible materials.
Can I download instructions for my frame?

We’ll still be fulfilling and supporting existing orders, so if you have any issues with your order, please reach out as soon as possible.
